We are looking for a conscientious and motivated candidate willing to apply themselves, learn their role and grow and develop both professionally. First and foremost we are looking for a candidate who is capable communicator, who feels confident in speaking to others in both professional and informal settings. No experience necessary, though any previous work experience in customer service or sales would be beneficial.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries via email and social media and will be responsible for administering and monitoring a number of online marketing campaigns. When a lead comes up the candidate will be responsible for initial fact fining communications and for forwarding on the lead to a member of sales staff.
The candidate will also be responsible for logging customer details onto the company CRM system and helping to schedule production alongside the company directors. The candidate will also be expected to perform other ad hoc administrative duties (eg. filing and organising etc) as the need arises.
